Eat in Gabicce Mare: when Marche and Romagna marry their culinary traditions.

Thanks to the excellent food prepared by La Cambusa restaurant, the Terenzi family, which has strong ties to Gabicce Mare and the Romagna and Marche cuisines, is very happy to take you to a new culinary journey, once you have crossed the restaurant door. It is a journey you make without any need to procure gasoline, which you enjoy with your palate and without going anywhere, and which will guide you along the underlying link that connects our dishes one by one like, for instance, those seasoned with Trebbiano or Sangiovese wine.

At breakfast, you have the choice between sweet and savory, with:

  • homemade sweets
  • organic jams
  • croissants
  • fresh fruit in syrup
  • yogurt, cereals
  • espresso coffee machine, with coffee ground on the spot
  • fresh milk
  • cured meats
  • cheeses
  • and more

Breakfast is served from 8.00 am to 10.30 am, while the restaurant is open from 12.00 pm to 2 pm and, again, from 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm, though we offer some flexibility to meet all of our guests’ needs.

Our availability is in fact the flagship of the cuisine of La Cambusa restaurant. Let’s think, for example, that mothers can have a dedicated area equipped with olive oil, fresh parmesan, electric plates, pots, stove, sink and refrigerator.
